Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Bharatpur. The Talent Acquisition Manager – 2.4 to 3.6 will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the hiring process for various positions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, designing effective recruiting strategies, and maintaining a solid talent pipeline for current and future needs. The manager will also contribute to employer branding initiatives,



oversee candidate experience, ensure timely communication throughout the hiring cycle, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Collaboration with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes, support onboarding efforts, and align talent acquisition practices with organizational goals is a core part of the position.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential, using structured and fair evaluation methods.
Capability to support Employer Branding efforts, including promoting the organization’s value proposition across platforms and candidate touchpoints.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring manager
