Role Description The DSA Development Head at Anson Fincorp Private Limited will lead the development and expansion of the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network, focusing on the gold loan portfolio and related products.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Idukki, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing DSAs, setting performance targets, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves designing and implementing growth strategies, monitoring sales performance, and providing training and support to DSAs to improve productivity and customer engagement. The DSA Development Head will collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to align DSA activities with business goals, track market trends, and initiate research and development initiatives to enhance the distribution model. Regular reporting, process optimization, and project management for network expansion will be key components of the day-to-day responsibilities.
