Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop and grow business in the Kochi and Kerala market. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and timely collections.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience in B2B or project sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across Kochi and other parts of Kerala.
Identify and approach potential customers, consultants, architects, contractors, builders, and project owners.
Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and existing customer relationships.
Conduct customer meetings and understand project requirements.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with the internal team.
Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with engineering and operations teams for smooth execution.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and support timely collections.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and new project opportunities in the Kerala region.
Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and industry events.
