Experience Required: 1 Years in Real Estate Sales (Mumbai)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Channel Partner team for our Sewri office. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of experience in Mumbai's residential market, with solid focus on Sewri, Wadala, Parel, Dadar & South Mumbai belt. The candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, arranging client meetings, assisting Team Leaders in achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales
- Conduct daily cold calling and follow-up calls on assigned leads to generate qualified prospects for Sewri & South Mumbai residential projects.




- Identify potential buyers and understand their property requirements specifically for Sewri and nearby locations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients for Sewri / Wadala / Parel residential inventory.
- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.

Client Meetings & Site Visits
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property presentations, and site visits within Sewri & South Mumbai.
- Attend client meetings independently or along with Team Leaders as required.
- Assist clients throughout the decision-making and booking process.
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience at every touchpoint.

Sales Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and internal teams regarding client requirements and project updates.
- Track customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
