Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can build new demand-generation channels and generate qualified international business leads for software and technology services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building marketing channels beyond SEO and content marketing, generating measurable leads and pipeline from international markets.

This is a hands-on growth role. We are looking for someone who has built demand from the ground up, rather than someone who has only managed existing campaigns, agencies, traffic, or brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute demand-generation strategies for international markets.
Build recent lead-generation channels from the ground up.
Identify and target relevant international B2B audiences and decision-makers.
Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Build and manage email outreach, lead nurturing, and marketing automation campaigns.
Explore and manage paid advertising campaigns where relevant.
Generate qualified leads and contribute directly to sales pipeline.




Develop partnerships and channel opportunities to generate business leads.
Leverage B2B technology/service directories such as Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, and other relevant platforms.
Plan webinars, events, and other demand-generation initiatives.
Work closely with the sales/business development team to convert marketing-generated leads into opportunities.
Guide and provide strategic direction to the existing SEO/search team.
Track and report on qualified leads, opportunities, conversion rates, and pipeline generated.
Continuously test new channels, messaging, markets, and acquisition strategies.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in B2B growth marketing and demand generation.
Experience generating leads from international/global markets.
Experience in software, IT services, SaaS, technology services, or a related B2B environment.
Hands-on experience with channels beyond SEO, such as:
