Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role based in Siliguri. The Front Desk Staff will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities include maintaining visitor logs, coordinating appointments, supporting basic administrative tasks, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable.



The role also involves providing clear information to clients and partners, directing them to the appropriate team members, and supporting day-to-day office coordination as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to manage visitors, inquiries, and front desk operations effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls and interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
Candidates should possess basic Computer Literacy skills to work with email, office software, and digital records.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a courteous, professional demeanor in all interactions.
