We are hiring a Deputy Manager – HR to oversee daily HR and plant operations for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end statutory compliance (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Contract Labor Act) and direct the accurate, timely processing of monthly payroll and perks. You will lead employee and industrial relations on the shop floor, handle grievance redressal, and maintain smooth operations across all shifts. Additionally, you will drive plant-level recruitment, timekeeping, and the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to final settlements.
Requirements: 5+ years of factory-level HR experience, a Master's/MBA in HR or Industrial Relations, in-depth knowledge of labor laws, and fluency in English and the local language.
