Role Description The Hotel Management intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Jaisalmer, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. Day-to-day tasks include supporting front desk and receptionist duties,



assisting with guest check-in and check-out processes, and responding to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The intern will help manage customer service interactions, coordinate with food and beverage services, and contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. Responsibilities also involve assisting with basic budgeting and sales activities, such as tracking expenses, supporting promotional initiatives, and helping maintain records. The intern will collaborate with on-site and remote team members, learn standard hotel operations, and follow organizational policies and guidelines to ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, with an ability to interact professionally with guests and handle inquiries effectively.
