Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with 14–16 years of software engineering experience, including strong technical expertise and proven experience in Technology, People leadership and project delivery.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional engineering teams covering frontend development, backend development, UI/UX, quality assurance, data engineering, and data management.



The role requires a strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, enterprise data platforms, and the ability to manage people, projects, technical execution, delivery commitments, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
Lead cross-functional engineering teams consisting of frontend developers, backend developers, UI/UX designers, quality engineers, and data engineers.
Provide technical direction and ensure engineering solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with product and business requirements.
Participate in solution-design discussions and review technical approaches across frontend, backend, integration, UX, testing, and data platforms.
Establish and promote engineering standards, coding practices, design principles, review processes, and quality expectations.
