We are looking for a Talend developer who can help our customer with L2 Support. The responsibilities are as below:

Application

Daily Activities

Talend (Morning checks)

Health checks of multiple servers and jobs, and taking necessary recovery action on encountering any abnormalities

Talend (Checking of Failed files)

Monitoring/Error handling of Failed files in Talend

Talend (Monitoring)

Support Mailbox monitoring in Talend

ESB (Hypercare checks)

Checking and reporting status of various platforms, creating tickets on encountering heavy load in any platform

SI (Hypercare checks)

Check messages in Queue Watcher, Check whether all the Queue JMS and Perimeter Server are active in SI

Rabbit MQ (Hypercare checks)

Check no of the messages in .tq and .q queue in Rabbit MQ

IO (Hypercare checks)

Check the last integration - received time





SAP (Hypercare checks)

Check no of the messages in SMQS queue in SAP

TRACA (Hypercare checks)

Check no of the message queue in TRACA Dashboard

SI (Checking of Failed files)

check the error of failed files, review for duplicate check followed by reprocessing of unique files

Incident Management

Error analysis, checking flows and various platforms for missing or failed files or jobs in TAC(Talend administrative centre), onboarding customers etc

Attending Bridge Call for P1/P2/P3 Incidents

Coordination with other stake holders for necessary analysis followed by fixing the issue, monitoring the system post implementation of resolution
