Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer – Application Engineer with strong experience in Application Support, Middleware Administration, Production Operations, and OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
Must-Have Skills:
• 5–8 years of experience in Application Support / Production Operations
• OpenShift / Kubernetes – Mandatory
• Application installation, configuration, monitoring & troubleshooting
• CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory
• Middleware: WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, IBM MQ, Informatica PowerCenter
• Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server
• OS: Linux/AIX, Windows
Positive to Have:
• Python, PowerShell, Bash/KSH
• Docker & containerization
• Grafana, Kibana, Splunk,



Prometheus, Elasticsearch
• Networking fundamentals
• ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete production lifecycle of business applications
• Provide L2 support and troubleshoot APIs, middleware, MQ and integrations
• Deploy, upgrade, monitor and support applications in production
• Administer middleware, databases and operating systems
• Work with cross-functional teams on incidents, performance and stability
• Drive vulnerability management and continuous operational improvements
