We’re looking for a Podcast Producer who understands markets as well as they understand content. If you can spot a great business story, research it deeply, produce a compelling conversation, and turn that conversation into high-quality video content, we want to hear from you.
This is a hands-on production role — not just a podcast coordination job.

What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end production of business, finance and stock market podcasts.
Research companies, markets, trends, business leaders and emerging stories to develop robust episode ideas.
Work with hosts and guests to create sharp questions, talking points, episode structures and narratives.
Conduct deep research and ensure every episode is factually accurate, relevant and insightful.
Handle video editing and post-production of podcast episodes, ensuring a polished, engaging and professional final product.
Edit long-form podcast conversations for pace, storytelling, clarity and engagement.
Create compelling short-form video clips, reels and social-first content from podcast conversations.
Work on visual storytelling,



graphics, transitions, captions and overall presentation wherever required.
Collaborate with the wider content team to maximise the reach and impact of every podcast episode.
Stay on top of business news, stock markets, companies, IPOs, macro trends and financial developments to identify stories worth talking about.

What We’re Looking For

? Business, Finance & Stock Market Knowledge — MUST
You should have a strong understanding of business, finance and stock markets. You should be comfortable researching companies, understanding financial results, following market movements and identifying meaningful business stories.

Hands-on experience in podcast production, including ideation, research, pre-production, recording, production and post-production.
