We are looking for experienced and driven IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad.
? Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end IT recruitment for UK & Poland/European clients
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean & X-ray search
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
• Handle candidate engagement, interview coordination and follow-ups
• Manage salary/rate negotiations and offer closures
• Build strong talent pipelines across UK & Poland
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders




• Maintain ATS/CRM records and recruitment trackers
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets
? What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong UK / Poland / European IT recruitment experience
✅ Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills
✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean search
✅ Positive understanding of IT technologies and European hiring markets
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
✅ Candidates currently based in Hyderabad preferred
