Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support revenue growth for Bold&Young; Studios. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, outreach to potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal creative teams to tailor proposals.



The role involves managing key accounts, tracking business performance, and providing regular updates and insights to leadership. The individual will also participate in networking events and industry activities to expand the studio’s market presence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Experience in sales or business development within creative, media, or marketing industries is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and adapt to a fast-paced, highly creative environment.
