Job Description:

Location: Nariman point
Working model: Hybrid (12 days WFO/ rest WFH)
Days: Monday- Friday
Timing: 10:30AM- 7:00PM
Experience: 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer expectations, requirements, and develop social media posts accordingly
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve targets
Create, implement, and execute content ideas with the design team
Ideate and flesh out content strategies for clients and service them end-to-end
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, content developers, vendors, and collaborators




Regular posting and creation of amplification plans
Monitor posts, analyze data obtained, and develop monthly reports
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Stay up-to-date with recent digital technologies and social media best practices

Skills and Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant work experience in the media industry, preferably with an agency background.
Agency background (with experience handling multiple brands) is required.
Experience in Beauty, lifestyle, and luxury preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & Canva
Team & time management skills
