Role
We are looking for a Manager, Qualified Services to join our Professional Services team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Director, Professional Services. You will lead a team of senior consultants, architects, and project managers deploying Zscaler solutions for strategic and large-scale customers. You are a leader who connects with internal and external executives with ease, driving progress and solving complex issues with a direct, partnership-oriented approach.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Lead the hiring, onboarding, skills development, and performance management of a high-performing technical team
Drive collaboration across Sales, Support, and Product Management teams to ensure successful deployments and stakeholder interlocks
Navigate and resolve complex project issues and escalations while maintaining consistent communication with executive stakeholders
Manage all project resourcing, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while achieving operational excellence through Professional Services KPIs




Partner with global leadership on long-term strategic planning and organizational decision-making to scale the practice
