Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at Biznish. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings,



and presenting agency services and proposals. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with account management and creative teams to develop tailored pitches, support client onboarding, and ensure smooth handoffs from prospecting to ongoing account management. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, maintaining CRM records, and providing regular updates on business development activities and results.
Qualifications

Solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of Business development principles, including opportunity qualification and consultative selling.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Account Management capabilities, including relationship-building, follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.
