Role Description The Special Educator will work full time on-site at SPARC.Edu’s Mumbai location, supporting learners with a range of disabilities and learning differences. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering individualized education programs, conducting informal assessments, and designing intervention plans for academic, behavioral,



and social-emotional goals. The role involves teaching small groups and one-on-one sessions, adapting instructional materials, tracking progress, and maintaining detailed documentation. The Special Educator will collaborate with parents, caregivers, and school teams, participate in case discussions, and contribute to workshops or training sessions for families and educators. The position requires active participation in a multidisciplinary setting and commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Special Education and experience working with children with diverse Disabilities.
Demonstrated Teaching skills with learners in Middle School or similar age groups.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Relevant degree or certification in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or related field.
