Key responsibilities
Plan, execute, and continuously optimise performance campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads Manager) for user acquisition, retargeting, and revenue growth.
Own day-to-day campaign operations: audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategy,



and campaign/ad set/ad-level account structure.
Build and manage the full Meta Ads funnel — prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and dynamic product ads — across Alike's tourist pass, holidays, and eSIM products.
Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Events Manager in partnership with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Design and run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to continuously improve CTR, CPA, and RoAS.
Monitor key metrics (CPA, RoAS, CTR, CPM, frequency) daily and weekly, flagging issues and opportunities proactively.
Brief and iterate with the Studio/creative team on high-performing ad creatives and video assets tailored to Meta placements.
Manage monthly Meta Ads budgets, ensuring efficient pacing and spend allocation across campaigns.
