Upskeeling, a live instructor-led Professional training company, is looking for a serious, committed student to join as a Content Creator & Video Editor. This is not a casual gig — we want someone who treats this like a real job, meets deadlines, and is genuinely invested in building a strong portfolio while working with us.
This role is for you if:
You're a student who wants real-world content experience, not just a resume line
You can commit fixed hours every week, consistently — no last-minute drop-outs
You take feedback seriously and revise work without being chased
You're hungry to learn and grow, not just looking to "try it out"
What you'll do:
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) from our webinars, trainer sessions, and student success stories
Turn raw session recordings into clean, engaging highlight reels
Design simple supporting graphics — thumbnails, carousels, banners (Canva is fine)
Write short captions and hooks for each platform




Stick to a weekly content calendar and hit your posting deadlines
Take feedback from the marketing team and revise quickly
What we expect from you:
Basic video editing skills (Canva is fine) — some past work/reel to show, even personal projects
Reliable internet, a laptop/phone capable of editing, and consistent availability
Ability to work independently once briefed — we won't micromanage, but we also won't chase you
Genuine seriousness about the commitment — please don't apply if you're unsure you can follow through
