Role Description The Meta Ad Executive (D2C) will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to drive direct-to-consumer sales for Subyarth Craft’s product lines. This full-time, in office role based in Noida involves planning and executing ad strategies,



setting up and monitoring campaigns, and performing daily analysis of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. The role includes audience research, creative briefing, A/B testing of ad copies and creatives, budget allocation and bid optimization, and coordination with design and product teams to ensure accurate and compelling representations of products. The Meta Ad Executive will prepare regular performance reports, suggest data-driven improvements, stay updated on platform policies and best practices, and contribute to scaling D2C revenue in alignment with brand and business goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, pixel implementation, and event tracking for D2C e-commerce brands.
