About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive delivery excellence, client success, operational effectiveness, and organizational growth across the company.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the founders to build scalable delivery practices, strengthen customer relationships, drive business outcomes, support hiring initiatives, and develop future leaders within the organization.
This role requires a robust blend of delivery leadership, operational expertise, stakeholder management, people leadership, and business acumen. The successful candidate should be capable of managing multiple customer engagements, leading cross-functional teams, and driving organizational maturity while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery across all customer engagements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Establish delivery governance,



review mechanisms, and performance metrics.
Drive delivery predictability, operational discipline, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and escalations across accounts.
Lead governance reviews with customers and internal leadership teams.

Client Management & Growth
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and leadership teams.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical client concerns.
Drive customer satisfaction and account retention.
Collaborate with customers to understand business priorities and delivery expectations.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and long-term partnerships.
Support strategic customer discussions and executive reviews.
