As our logistics operations scale, we are looking for a Logistics Lead who can build efficient processes, optimize inventory movement, manage 3PL and warehouse operations, and ensure seamless order fulfillment across channels.

Role Overview
The Logistics Lead will oversee the end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and inventory operations for Dermatouch. This role involves managing warehouse activities, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, optimizing inventory flow, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and retail partners. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and has strong leadership and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily logistics operations,



including inbound and outbound shipments.
Coordinate with warehouse teams, distributors, and courier partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels across channels (D2C, marketplaces, retail).
Ensure smooth coordination with production and procurement teams for stock planning.
Evaluate and onboard 3PL partners; negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Track logistics KPIs (TAT, damages, delivery accuracy, etc.) and report performance to management.
Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service quality.
Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and other logistics documentation.
Manage reverse logistics and return processes effectively.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in ERP systems.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-5 years of experience in logistics/su
