Role Description We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with exposure to Government tendering in the IT Infrastructure/System Integration domain. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and OEMs, and managing the complete tender submission process.

Location- Bhopal(In office)





Key Responsibilities
• Identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, and state-level e-procurement portals.
• Prepare complete tender documentation including eligibility, technical compliance, and legal documents.
• Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to understand RFP requirements.
• Validate technical specifications using OEM datasheets.
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing and supporting documents.
• Prepare commercial bids and ensure timely submission.
• Handle EMD/BG documentation, bid uploads, clarifications, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a tracker of active, submitted, and awarded tenders.

Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Government tendering (IT/SI domain preferred)
• Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ documentation and tender compliance
• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure products – Network, Server, Storage, Firewall
