Business Analyst - SaaS
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a robust understanding of the US and manufacturing domain and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, healthcare customers, product teams, and engineering teams to define requirements, improve workflows, and drive successful product delivery.
This role requires strong analytical skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and experience working with cloud-based SaaS applications.




Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization.
Product & Solution Management
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs.
Review product functionality and validate business requirements during testing.
Manufacturing Domain Analysis
Understand workflows, operational processes, and decision-making requirements.
Analyze data, reporting needs, and business performance metrics.
