Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and impact-driven Senior Data Analyst with expertise in machine learning, statistics, and business intelligence. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in integrating AI/ML-driven insights into our Business Intelligence platform, ensuring clients receive precise and actionable recommendations. Your responsibilities will revolve around solving client problems using appropriate machine-learning, statistical, and mathematical business-led solutions. We are looking for highly quantitative and analytical individuals who are not only adept at their craft but are also driven by a genuine curiosity and passion for technology and solving client problems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client data, extract meaningful insights, and develop ML-driven solutions to enhance decision-making.
Design, develop, and deliver intelligence products and solutions to diverse problem statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Client Solution, Product, Engineering, etc.)



to achieve strategic business objectives related to product development and adoption.
Use systems developed by our Engineering team, engage in testing of recent systems, and take responsibility for data input QC, application of formula/algorithm, QC of outputs, and comments.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UATs) for various data management systems.
Conduct training sessions on key developments in BI and ML to draw linkages with our operations.
Mentor and facilitate skill development for analysts in the team to foster growth within the organization.
Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and provide project support.

Required Skills

Statistical analysis of large complex datasets and the ability to quickly learn new models.
Ability to break a complex client business problem into its component parts and frame it as a Data Science problem.
Integrate new techniques of data analysis to improve existing solutions
