About the Role
Nine Squares Architects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented Mid-Level Architect with strong design, documentation, and coordination skills to manage projects from concept through execution, while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and develop design concepts, sketches, 3D models, and renderings.
Translate concepts into detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants, reviewing their drawings for discrepancies.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and site visits, incorporating feedback into development.
Maintain accurate project documentation and support senior architects with timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)



from a recognized institution.
3–4 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, construction processes, and statutory requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Solid portfolio and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
