About the Role
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and articulate Business Development Representative to interact with schools that have already expressed interest in GrowthEd’s offerings.
The BDR will conduct discovery conversations and complete product demonstrations for school representatives such as owners, directors, or principals. They will understand the school’s requirements, explain GrowthEd’s solutions, answer questions,



and help the school identify the offering that best matches its needs. The BDR will receive scheduled meetings from the relevant internal team and focus on conducting high-quality conversations, product demonstrations, solution recommendations, and follow-ups.
This is a consultative product demonstration and solution advisory role, not a cold-calling or lead-generation position.

Key Responsibilities
Attend pre-scheduled calls, online meetings, school visits, webinars, exhibitions, and conferences with prospective schools.
Engage professionally with school owners, directors, principals, academic coordinators, and other decision-makers to understand their academic, operational, administrative, and technology-related needs.
Conduct structured discovery conversations and end-to-end product demonstrations, explaining GrowthEd’s offerings, features, workflows, use cases and value in simple, practical language.
