We are seeking a Junior QA Assistant to support our Quality Assurance function and contribute to maintaining GMP compliance, accurate documentation, and effective quality-system practices across our manufacturing operations.

About the Role
The Junior QA Assistant will support the Quality Assurance team in routine GMP compliance, quality documentation, record review, shop-floor QA activities, and coordination with other departments.
The position offers an opportunity to develop practical experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Quality Assurance activities under the direction of the QA team.
Assist with preparation, review, and maintenance of quality-related documentation and records.
Review assigned Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs),



Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), logbooks, checklists, and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
Support routine GMP compliance activities within manufacturing and operational areas.
Assist with line clearance, in-process checks, area inspections, and shop-floor QA activities, as assigned.
Maintain and update QA registers, records, formats, and controlled documents.
Assist with documentation related to deviations, CAPA, change controls, incidents, and other quality-system activities.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments on routine QA requirements.
Assist the QA team in preparing documentation and records for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Follow approved SOPs, procedures, documentation practices, and applicable GMP requirements.
Identify documentation discrepancies and escalate quality-related issues to the appropriate QA personnel.
