We are looking for smart, dynamic, and ambitious freshers who want to build a long-term career in consultative sales. This is a high-pressure, target-driven workplace where communication, resilience, consistency, and discipline are evaluated every day.
Mandatory Eligibility • Graduation in any discipline. • Fluency in spoken Bengali is mandatory.



• Strong communication skills. • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Training & Onboarding Selected candidates will undergo structured training before being deployed on the sales floor.
KPIs will be communicated after successful completion of training. Key Responsibilities • Make 200+ outbound cold calls daily to leads provided by management. • Conduct a minimum of 3 quality prospective video demo sessions daily (validated by hierarchy). • Understand customer needs through consultative selling. • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups. • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Work Schedule Tuesday to Sunday Weekly Off: Monday 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (may extend depending on business requirements). Probation Expectations Uninformed leave, regular absenteeism, lack of punctuality, or failure to meet professional standards will not be tolerated during the probation period.
