? Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives

Role:
Handle PAN India inbound & outbound leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain car detailing training programs.
Follow up with interested leads and handle objections.
Convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the training team when required.
Skills:
✅ Strong communication & convincing skills
✅ Hindi & English mandatory; Gujarati is a plus
✅ BDE / Tele-sales / Inside Sales / B2C Sales experience preferred
✅ Good follow-up & negotiation skills
✅ Comfortable with targets, Excel/CRM & Zoom
