Role Description The Chief Technology Manager will oversee all technology initiatives, systems, and digital infrastructure supporting Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, in office role is based in Germany and involves managing IT operations, leading software development projects, and ensuring secure, reliable technology platforms for both internal teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining technology strategy, supervising project execution,



coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing tools used for case management, client communication, and data handling. The role also includes monitoring system performance, implementing cybersecurity best practices, and mentoring technical staff to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.
