Responsible for the design and detailing of precast concrete elements including walls, beams, columns, slabs, staircases, and façade panels. Prepare shop, fabrication, and erection drawings using AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit, or BIM tools. Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, production teams, and site personnel to ensure compliance with project specifications, design codes, and constructability requirements. Develop reinforcement layouts, connection details, lifting arrangements, and embedded components. Review drawings, resolve design clashes, manage revisions, and support manufacturing and installation activities. Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of design documents. Requires a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, solid knowledge of precast concrete systems, detailing standards, and excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
