Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients across Bridgeway Group’s business lines. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.



The Account Manager will monitor account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. This role also involves negotiating contracts, supporting billing and collections, and maintaining accurate records within CRM or account management systems. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to drive customer satisfaction and sustainable account growth.
