Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Lead Full Stack Developer to join our development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React, .NET, and SQL, along with proven experience in leading and managing a development team.
The candidate will be responsible for technical ownership, solution design, code quality, team mentoring, and delivering scalable applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET / ASP.NET Core.
Work extensively with SQL Server, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
Participate in architecture and technical discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct technical discussions, task allocation, code reviews, and performance feedback for team members.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, and scalability requirements.
