Role Description

The Product Specialist at Headstart will work closely with education institutions to demonstrate product capabilities, gather requirements, and ensure successful adoption of the platform. The role involves conducting product demos, onboarding and training users, responding to product-related queries, and collaborating with sales and customer success teams to support both pre- and post-sales activities.




The Product Specialist will also play an active role in product marketing, brand positioning, and market communication. The individual will work closely with the dedicated marketing team to translate product features, capabilities, and customer use cases into effective marketing and branding initiatives. This may include contributing to product content, marketing campaigns, feature launches, case studies, presentations, website content, social media communication, and other product-led marketing activities.
The role also involves analyzing client feedback, identifying product improvement opportunities, understanding market and customer requirements, and coordinating with the product and engineering teams to refine features, workflows, and overall user experience.
