About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking an experienced OLM L3 Developer / Solution Architect to design, develop, support, and optimize high-performance, business-critical solutions based on Ericsson Online Mediation. The role involves solution architecture, Java development, telecom integration, production support, troubleshooting, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, integrate, and support Ericsson Online Mediation solutions.
Design scalable, highly available, and high-traffic telecom solutions.
Provide L3 support for critical production incidents, including troubleshooting, RCA, emergency resolution, and technical guidance to support teams.
Analyze logs, thread dumps, TCP dumps, configurations, and performance issues.
Perform configuration tuning and support application, database, operating system, and network optimization.
Develop Java-based applications and integrations using Web Services, REST, SOAP, HTTP, and Parlay.
Work with RADIUS, Diameter, and SMPP protocols.
Support UNIX/Linux environments, Veritas Volume Manager,
clustering, Kubernetes, cloud, and virtualization platforms.
Work with Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
Develop Perl/Python scripts to automate repetitive operational activities.
Troubleshoot IP networking, client-server communication, GSM/IN call flows, and CAMEL scenarios.
Manage OpenSSL/HTTPS security, certificates, keys, truststores, and keystores.
Prepare HLDs/LLDs and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Provide 24x7 technical support during critical incidents and planned activities, as required.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Strong development and solution design experience with Ericsson Online Mediation.
Hands-on expertise in Java, telecom protocols, system integration, and production support.
