About Sol’s Arc

Sol’s ARC is a registered NGO working to ensure that every child learns and every adult earns through inclusive education and vocational skilling. For over 20 years, we have partnered with governments, donors, and communities to create systemic change and equity for persons with disabilities.

Our work spans inclusive education, vocational skilling, and systemic advocacy with government bodies at state and national levels — with a reach of over 4 million beneficiaries. This role sits within our Programs function, driving data-informed decision-making that strengthens the impact and credibility of our work.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in program documentation, data collection, and monitoring & evaluation. Experience or understanding working on developing web-based or app-based program management monitoring systems is desirable. This role is central to how Sol’s ARC tracks, measures, and communicates its impact — managing documentation systems, designing data frameworks,



and translating data into insights that drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with Program, M&E;, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting aligned with organisational and donor requirements.

What You’ll Actually Do

Ensure all data collection systems and tools are aligned with program goals and reporting frameworks.
Design M & E forms and tools
Develop dashboards, MIS reports and presentation for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with technology teams to develop or integrate tools that support streamlined data collection, tool design and data management.
