Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, performance tracking, and day-to-day HR activities. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced EdTech environment and should have strong communication and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, academic counseling, marketing, and other positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment status in the HR/CRM system.
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Track employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate periodic performance reviews.
Handle employee queries, concerns, and basic workplace issues.
Support salary, incentives, and payroll-related coordination.




Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain company HR policies and ensure employees follow them.
Conduct employee engagement activities and team meetings when required.
Coordinate with the Sales Team Lead and management regarding staffing requirements.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly HR reports.
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
Support employee retention and reduce unnecessary attrition.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
Robust recruitment and candidate-screening skills.
Good interpersonal and people-management skills.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment practices.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
