Role Description The Procurement Assistant role at FarMart is a full time, on-site position based in Kanpur Nagar. This role supports end-to-end procurement operations,



including preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory. The Procurement Assistant will coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing that meets quality standards. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data on prices and availability, assisting with vendor evaluation, and helping resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or documentation. The role also involves updating procurement systems, supporting process improvements, and contributing to a streamlined, transparent supply chain.
