Management Trainee – Sales (Varanasi or Lucknow based)
Important: This is a stipendiary position for the initial 6 months, with a monthly stipend of ₹20,000.
On successful completion of probation, high-performing candidates may be absorbed as Assistant Manager – Sales, with a CTC of ₹5–7.5 LPA + incentives + ESOP eligibility, based on performance.

Role Overview
As a Management Trainee – Sales, you will work directly with the founding team to drive partnerships and business development across colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate partners.




You will play an active role in building HumanIQ's institutional network and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective institutional partners and clients
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery meetings
Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Support institutional partnerships and business development initiatives
Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and activity tracking
Work closely with the founders to execute growth and go-to-market initiatives

Who Should Apply
Recent graduates or professionals with no prior experience
MBA or BBA background preferred
Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
