Role Overview
As an SDR at iCompaas, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will identify prospects, spark conversations, and build a qualified pipeline that fuels our growth. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, persistent, and genuinely excited about solving real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify SaaS and fintech companies that need compliance certifications
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads
Understand prospects’ compliance challenges and clearly articulate how iCompaas solves them
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and targeting
Stay updated on compliance trends, competitor offerings, and market developments




What We’re Looking For
Robust communication skills - written and verbal
Curious mindset with the ability to learn compliance concepts quickly
Resilient and self-motivated, you handle rejection and keep going
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales or tech is a plus, not a must
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is an advantage
What Success Looks Like
Consistently hitting weekly and monthly outreach targets
Converting cold prospects into qualified discovery calls
Building a strong understanding of our platform and client pain points
Growing into a closing role within 8 to 12 months
