PURPOSE
Collaborates on the commercial management of complex tailored standard renewal and recent business deals. Contributes to the management of commercial activities policy and process in support of renewal or new standard business deals.
Ensures Financial profitability compliance to financial and business objectives while supporting business growth.
What Will You Do
Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring
Collaborate with sales and business development stakeholders to design commercial strategies for complex tailored renewals and new business.
Develop commercial model structures (including currency, tax, and billing), competitive pricing positioning, and negotiation strategies for non-standard terms.
Represent SITA as the commercial authority on terms and conditions to both internal executives and client leadership.
Advocate for and drive the optimum financial viability of engagements within the context of the total contract structure.
Financial Modelling & Risk Management
Provide comprehensive financial modelling for deal opportunities, analysing pricing structures, CAPEX, cash flow, and their impacts on commercial terms.
