The Role
We are scaling fast with a goal to hit $28M ARR at the end of 2026, a testament to our team’s dedication and the exciting opportunities ahead. To achieve this goal, we are scaling our outbound advisor acquisition team targeting the US region.

This is an outbound-first role. We are looking for people who can take on B2C outreach through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, test and refine messaging to find what converts, build sequences to find top-quality prospects, and improve the systems that help us acquire more advisors at a better rate month-on-month.

Key Responsibilities
– Own the day-to-day management and delivery of outbound activity across multiple LinkedIn accounts.
– Analyse outreach performance with the team and use the data to improve connection acceptance rates, reply rates, and conversion week on week.
– Work closely with the acquisition team to test copy variations, new messaging angles, and targeting approaches.
– Receive comprehensive training around LinkedIn Sales Navigator to develop lead generation skills. Attend online webinars and LinkedIn training sessions to ensure best-in-practice standards.
