We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to enhance our brand's online presence and engagement across all our digital channels. The ideal candidate will manage and create compelling content, run our social platforms, generate fresh campaign ideas, leverage AI tools for efficiency, prepare presentations, and maintain automated reports and documentation to support our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all active platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (Business Page and Profile), Twitter (X), YouTube, GMB, and Newsletter.
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts, to grow the brand's audience (with designer support where required).
Plan, ideate, and execute social media campaigns to meet business objectives, contributing regular fresh campaign ideas.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for content creation, ideation, copywriting, and workflow efficiency.
Prepare monthly performance reports covering both overall account performance and individual post-level performance, with actionable insights.
Prepare and maintain automated reports and documentation to streamline recurring reporting and keep records organized.
