Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DP Operations professional with hands-on knowledge of CDSL/NSDL operations, Demat & Remat processes, DIS handling, pledge activities, exchange compliance, and client servicing. The candidate should possess solid document scrutiny skills, attention to detail, logical reasoning ability, and the capability to handle regulatory and operational activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Depository Operations

Process Demat (DRF) and Remat (RRF) requests.
Handle account opening, modification, closure, and maintenance activities.
Process transmission, transposition, nomination registration, and nominee claim requests.
Coordinate with CDSL, NSDL, RTAs, Issuer Companies, and internal teams.
DIS Management

Verification and processing of Delivery Instruction Slips (DIS).
Signature verification and authorization checks.




Management of On-Market and Off-Market transfers.
DIS issuance, tracking, record maintenance, and audit compliance.
Pledge Operations

Processing of pledge, unpledge, invocation, and margin pledge requests.
Monitoring pending pledge confirmations and client follow-ups.
Handling margin pledge-related depository activities.
Banking & Documentation

Verification of bank account proofs, cancelled cheques, and supporting documents.
Processing bank modifications and account updates.
Verification of PAN, Aadhaar, KYC, FATCA, CKYC, and other regulatory documents.
Scrutiny of signatures, stamps, board resolutions, POA/DDPI, and legal documents.
Commodity & EGR Operations

Handling Demat operations related to Electronic Gold Receipts (EGR).
Processing Gold and Silver transfer requests.
Commodity pledge/unpledge and vault-related documentation.
Monitoring commodity DP transactions and reconciliations.
