We’re looking for a politically sharp, internet-native Social Media Executive who understands that in politics, context is everything.

You know when a statement is genuinely newsworthy, when a meme will land, when a narrative is shifting, and when X is about to explode.

You understand politics, people, personalities, constituencies, narratives and the internet — and know how to turn all of that into content.

What You’ll Do

Manage social media for political campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube & WhatsApp
Develop and execute social media strategies for campaigns and public communication
Track speeches, interviews, debates, rallies and press conferences to identify moments worth clipping, posting and amplifying
Turn political developments into Reels, posts, carousels, captions, scripts, memes and campaign narratives
Write sharp, platform-native content in English, Hindi & Kannada
Work closely with designers,



video editors and campaign strategists
Manage content calendars while staying ready to react in real time
Analyze performance and understand why something worked — not just how many views it got
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and support paid digital campaigns

What We’re Looking For

You need to be politically well-versed.

Not “I follow politics on Instagram” well-versed.

You Should Also Have

2–4 years of social media management experience, preferably in political, media, public affairs or communications
Excellent command of English, Hindi & Kannada
Strong understanding of major social platforms and short-form content
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & campaign management
Experience with analytics, social listening or audience insights
The ability to work extremely rapid without losing attention to detail
Comfort with ambiguity and constantly changing priorities
A strong understanding of internet culture, m
