About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented MICE sales executive to drive business development and sales for our MICE and corporate event solutions.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, designing suitable MICE solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a good understanding of corporate travel, events, and MICE.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation:

Identify and develop new corporate accounts and MICE business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and industry contacts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective MICE clients.
Research target companies and identify decision-makers and business opportunities.

MICE Sales & Client Acquisition:

Understand client requirements for corporate events, conferences, offsites, incentives, exhibitions,



and group travel.
Develop customized MICE proposals based on client objectives, budget, and requirements.
Present concepts, itineraries, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients.
Drive negotiations and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Corporate Events & MICE Solutions:

Handle sales for corporate meetings, conferences, incentive trips, team outings, offsites, and group travel.
Coordinate requirements related to hotels, flights, ground transportation, venues, activities, meals, and event production.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and commercially viable.
Stay updated with new destinations, hotels, venues, experiences, and MICE offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong and long-term relationships with corporate clients.
