Role Description
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Configure and continuously enhance Salesforce Service Cloud (e.g., workflows, automation, case management)
Contribute to integration scenarios and ensure data consistency across systems
Act as the interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners




Collaborate closely with the external Salesforce implementation partner, with the goal of building internal expertise
Ensure quality, stability, and maintainability of implemented solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, test scenarios, and perform testing
Work in close collaboration with international teams (India and HQ Germany)

Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in implementation projects, ideally focused on Service Cloud
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, sharing)
Solid experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, automation, case management, and user/role management
Basic development knowledge (Apex, Lightning, LWC) with the ambition to deepen these skills
Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience working on production Salesforce environments and in agile delive
