We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong Tally ERP and Excel skills to manage accounting across multiple companies and handle e-commerce finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally.
• Handle accounts for 8–10 companies across different states.
• Prepare accounting data for monthly and quarterly filings.
• Manage e-commerce sales, payment gateways, refunds, and settlements.
• Prepare reports using Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of accounting experience mandatory.
• Robust knowledge of Tally ERP / TallyPrime and Excel.
• Experience with e-commerce/website finance preferred.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple company accounts.
